Superbly friendly and pleasant personnel from a different staff member. Favourable and absolutely perfect location very close to the metro, easy to get anywhere. Also - right by the airports as well as Times Square.

Decent size and brand-new room, luxury bathroom with a tub. Absolutely superb and good breakfasts with toast, real donuts and also beverages.

Really enjoyed this convenient accommodation with extremely helpful staff on reception desk. The breakfast was varied with toast and a complete meal and had something for everyone. Btw, the airport was 10 km away.

Accommodating and exceptionally kind hotel staff during night shift, everything was good. The units are wonderful, neat with a nice view and extra mattress plus double beds.

As a young family, we loved the helpful and professional hotel staff. The room was clean and comfortable, with a comfy bed and controlled A/C. The location was great, just a short walk to the subway station, making it easy to explore New York. The breakfast provided a variety of options, including pancakes, eggs, fruit. The front desk staff were always ready to assist us with maps and printed directions to city attractions. it was a wonderful stay.

I liked the hotel, it was fairly clean with superfriendly and accommodating staff on reception desk. The food was great and the location was ideal. Also, such main attraction as Clock was 2 miles from this venue.
